It was a beautiful day for a run on the golf course as the South Winn cross country teams hosted the South Winn Invite Tuesday at South Winn Golf Course in Calmar.

Decorah, South Winn and Turkey Valley all competed at the meet, which featured seven area teams.

In the boys race, South Winn edged Decorah by three points. The girls saw Decorah take the team crown.

There were no JV races as everyone ran on varsity.
