It was a two-way tie in week nine of the pigskin picks football contest.
Larry Skretta of Decorah and Kevin Schmitt of Fort Atkinson both took first. Each missed just two games. The tiebreaker was 55, scored by both Wartburg and Oklahoma State. Skretta (53) and Schmitt (57) were both two away from the tiebreaker.
Third place went to Wayne Kreitzer of Cresco, missing two and being three from the tiebreaker.
David Luhman of Decorah also missed two games but guessed 48 for the tiebreaker. Tyler Thompson of Decorah was the only person to correctly guess the tiebreaker.
Most commonly missed games were Houston over Chicago, Detroit falling to Minnesota and New Orleans ending Atlanta's undefeated season.
