How it went
The Warriors put up the first points of the game thanks to Trevor Schweinefus. They added to it with a Jordan Rommes free throw. The Vikes got on the board when Patrick Winter found his shooter's touch. Decorah took the lead with back-to-back scores by Josey Jewell and Holt Johansen. South Winn answered with a bucket by Andre Walz. A free throw by Lee Rollins and a basket by Michael Peter made it 9-5 Decorah. Answers by Walz and Peter made it 11-7 Decorah at the first quarter break.
