Caregivers can include a spouse, neighbor or parent. The conference is 9 a.m.-noon Friday, Nov. 9, at the Nob Hill Supper Club in Decorah. Author Viki Kind will speak on the how to make important decisions for loved ones. There will be time to visit with local agencies and gather information and resources. A panel of experts will be available for a question and answer session. The panel includes experts in: Alzheimer's care, state financial assistance, elder law, elder abuse and Veteran's Affairs.
