Decorah Public Library invites area families to join Isaiah Foster, of La Crosse Magic, for his high-energy magic show, “Reading is Magical,” Saturday, Feb. 10, at 11 am.

Families are in for a lot of laughs as they encounter magic tricks and illusions introduced by favorite children’s books.

Foster’s interest in magic began when he was given a trick at the age of 9. He learned it and used it to entertain his friends and family.

He enjoyed the feeling it gave him to make people scratch their heads in wonderment. He started acquiring more magic and gaining an audience whose excitement encouraged his love for entertainment. Foster says his passion and joy continue to grow and he takes pride in perfecting the art of magic.

He has entertained professionally for over 10 years and has performed over 1000 shows for a variety of age groups and organizations.

“Reading is Magical” is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary.
