Attendees of the first annual Driftless Yoga Festival in Decorah will gather at multiple locations throughout the region for a weekend of yoga, cycling, local food and drink and activities around yoga, connection and movement.

The event kicks off on the Summer Solstice, Friday, June 21, with yoga at Luna Valley Farm, followed by the option to stay and enjoy woodfired pizza and local craft brews.

Participants will register and receive Sanga Bags filled with inspiration to explore area businesses. Saturday morning will begin with optional sun rise yoga and take attendees on a series of available experiences at locations throughout the community that include Reefuel, B. Fit Studio, Phelps Park, Malanaphy Springs,

Oneota Food Co-op, the Healing Shack, and The Yoga Room.
Sunday’s events will wrap up the action-packed weekend with a morning yoga class at Carl Selland Park and a Community Potluck at Pulpit Rock Brewing Company.

The Driftless Yoga Festival features notable Midwest practitioners including Molly Gallagher, and Dr. Libby Abbas of Decorah, Brent Aronsen of Des Moines, Moya Matthews of Minneapolis and many more.
