Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon has the following positions available:
C.N.A.: One full-time position available for a certified nurse assistant (C.N.A.) working primarily three 12 hour evening shifts per week with some daytime hours and every third weekend. Responsibilities include direct patient care and meal assistance. Qualifications include current C.N.A. with two-years related experience preferred.
Housekeeper: One full-time or part-time housekeeping position available working hospital housekeeping duties throughout the hospital and clinics.
Health Unit Coordinator (H.U.C.): One part-time position available working two-12 hour shifts every third weekend on the medical floor. Duties include registering of patients in the electronic medical record, performing clerical duties for the nursing department, reviewing patient and organizational records for completeness, assisting with scheduling and staffi ng, and assisting patients and visitors as needed. Excellent computer and telephone skills required. Current C.N.A., M.A. or E.M.T. certification or related H.U.C. experience preferred.
Cook: One part-time cook position available on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include food/meal preparation, checking diet orders, patient tray set up and delivery and other duties as assigned. Previous food service experience and knowledge of sanitation requirements and modified diets is preferred.
Massage Therapist: One full-time massage therapy position available working days, evenings and some Saturdays providing massage therapies to a variety of age groups throughout the community including hospital patients. Current massage therapy certification required and related experience preferred.

Associate Director of Music Marketing

Luther College is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Music Marketing. The Associate Director is a member of the music marketing team, whose purpose is to develop and promote a variety of special events and strategies to recruit students and garner visibility for the college and the exceptional Luther College Music Department. The Associate Director’s primary area of responsibility is to oversee the planning, promotion, and implementation of all Dorian Festivals and Summer Camps, with the goal of matriculating strong student musicians to enroll at Luther College. Working with the faculty and staff partners, the Associate Director develops and implements strategies that align with the college’s overall marketing goals. The Associate Director will also assist the Director in aspects of the coordination of Christmas at Luther performances and domestic and/or international music tours. Four-year college degree is required along with at least three years experience in music or art management and experience with Google Workspace and Program or Event Coordination. Knowledge of and experience with choral and instrumental music is helpful. Must have strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational, public relations and leadership skills, demonstrated ability to manage details, basic accounting skills, and a willingness to travel. Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician

Luther College is seeking a full-time Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician who will perform all types of building maintenance and repair. Most work will be related to the various electrical systems on campus from three phase primary voltages to low voltage control systems. Work will meet the NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. Maintenance staff will interpret drawings, schematics, and blue prints and use product manuals to arrive at a solution for service problems; participate in maintenance and inspection schedules for campus fire alarms systems, elevators, and building automation systems, and provide assistance to other Facilities Service departments including snow removal. High School Diploma and a State of Iowa electrical license required. preference given to a journeyman’s license. Four years of formal working experience in installation and repair of electrical systems, a valid driver’s license and computer skills to access web-based work order system are also required. Administrative Assistant, Nursing
