Decorah City Council has a full agenda for its Nov. 16 meeting at 5:45 p.m. at City Hall. Seating is limited to 5 seats for the general public to ensure proper social distancing at the meeting. Masks are required. Zoom meeting instructions are available on the Council's website.

Kim Powell will present a report and update on the Northeast Iowa Humane Society. The 2021 Council Goals Report will be reviewed.

Council members will review an application for the FFA Federal Airiport Improvement Program, and review a site plan for 1600 Prosperty Road from Rush Holdings, LLC. Authorization for installation of traffic control and spee limit devides on Locust Road also will be discussed. Commercial sign relocations for several downtown businesses also will be reviewed at Monday night's meeting.
