The Gingrich Foundation has made a gift of $25,000 to establish the Newt L. and Callista L. Gingrich Scholarship at Luther College.

The Gingrich Foundation endowment gift will provide annual scholarships for instrumental music majors studying piano, organ or wind instruments. Students will use the scholarship funds to pay for individual music

lessons.

“This gift will provide students with instrumental music study opportunities that will help them reach their goals in music performance and education,” said Luther President Richard Torgerson.

“Luther College is grateful to the Gingrich Foundation and to Newt and Callista Gingrich for their generous scholarship support.”

“The Gingrich Foundation is pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the scholarship program at Luther College,” Callista Gingrich said.

“We are excited to provide instrumental music lessons to talented students in need of assistance.”
