The Decorah Middle School Student Council picked two teachers to compete in a lip sync/dance off after they and their classmates surpassed the school’s goal of raising more than $1,000 for the First Lutheran Food Pantry before their holiday break. The students raised $1,300 and the Student Council chose social studies teacher Zach Fromm, pictured at top and at left, and special education teacher Casey Bouska to compete. “The students raised a lot of money for a good charity and it was a fun way to reward them,” said Middle School Guidance Counselor and Student Council Advisor Lee Stock.
