Additional charges have been filed against a Cresco woman who was arrested on drug charges in November near the Decorah Fish Hatchery.
Lindsey Bigler, 30, Cresco, was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail Nov. 12 at about 3 a.m. for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was stopped on Trout Run Road.
According to the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office, on Jan. 9, toxicology reports showed Bigler was under the influence at the time of her arrest and an additional charge of operating while under the influence was filed against her.
In addition, Bigler was arrested Jan. 9 on Main Street in Spillville and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for simulated public intoxication, interference with official acts, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
