Fast defense, solid passing lanes and open looks led to an easy 58-29 win for the Turkey Valley boys’ basketball team (3-0, 2-0 UIC) over Kee (1-2, 0-2 UIC) on the road Friday night.

Running well throughout the game, the Trojans turned turnovers into easy baskets.

We thought our defensive rotations were solid throughout the night and we played with a lot of energy on the defensive end. Our spacing was good and we did a nice job of attacking the rim and being three dimensional,” said Coach Chris Sullivan. “We had a stretch in the third quarter where we played our best ball off the season so far and our traps were aggressive and we did a good job of anticipating passes and making plays on the ball.”
