All profits from the event will go to Iowa Donor Network to help promote organ donation awareness in Iowa and assist organ donor recipients, as well as their families, with expenses. Registration for the event is 7:30 to 7:55 a.m., followed by opening ceremonies at 8 a.m. with the race to follow. Awards will be given to the top three males and females following the race.

Chance’s devotion for running and passion about organ donation awareness following the death of his father in 2015, are the drive behind this event. Since Scott’s death, Chance and his family have been advocates for organ donation. Chance’s father, Scott Adam, was an organ donor.  In June 2018, Chance and his family met the man that received one of his dad’s kidneys.

Chance Adam is the son of Bridget Adam and the late Scott Adam.

Give the gift of hope and life.  Register today to be an organ donor.
