   The South Winn and Turkey Valley boys’ basketball teams were well represented on the all-conference lists from the Upper Iowa Conference with four members from each squad honored recently.
   Trojan Ethan Leibold and Warriors Levi Lukes and Hunter Todd all earned first team designation while Evan Drilling was a second team selection. Honorable mentions were recorded by Cole Klimesh and Brennan Holthaus of South Winn, along with Turkey Valley seniors Levi Izer and Jordon Snyder.

First team
   Leibold, a sophomore, led the Trojans both in scoring and rebounding, averaging 13.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game. He hit 59.5 percent from the field and was 74.7 percent from the free throw line. Hauling a total of 196 rebounds (66 offensive, 130 defensive), Leibold was a beast under the basket. He dished out 52 assists, tallied 30 steals and blocked seven shots. He was an honorable mention selection last season.
   Averaging 21.6 points per game, Levi Lukes topped South Winn’s scoring charts, tallying 475 points for the season and posting a 50.7 percentage from the floor and connected for 38 treys. In addition, the junior had 29 assists and 24 steals. Last season he was noted on the honorable mention list.
   Senior Hunter Todd makes his first appearance on the all-UIC list with an 11 point per game average. He shot 43 percent and dropped in 25 shots from behind the arc. He led the Warriors with 124 assists and 55 steals, while trailing the ball off the rim to snag 67 rebounds (9 offensive, 58 defensive).

Second team
   Earning his third all-UIC nod, Drilling averaged 10.6 points and 3.9 rebounds per game, sitting second in each category. The senior connected for 42 percent of his shots from floor and was 41.8 percent from beyond the arch, going 33-for-79. From the charity stripe, Drilling drained 75.4 percent of his attempts. The honoree collected 90 rebounds (27 offensive, 63 defensive), as well as handing out 52 assists and grabbing 39 steals.

Honorable mention
   Chosen from Turkey Valley as honorable mention were seniors Levi Izer and Jordon Snyder and South Winn’s Brennan Holthaus and Cole Klimesh.
   Izer earns his second nod on the honorable mention list with a 9.3 point per game average, 47 assists, 36 steals and 36 total rebounds for the Trojans. Snyder gets his first career honor on top of the assist and steal columns with 54 and 82, respectively. Snyder gave the Trojans a big spark off the bench, averaging 7.1 points per game.
   Warrior senior Brennan Holthaus was third on the squad in scoring, averaging 9.0 points per game. He was second in rebounds with 96 (30 offensive, 66 defensive) and passed out 27 assists, had 9 blocked shots and 17 steals. It’s his first all-UIC recognition. Cole Klimesh earns his second honorable mention nod as the team’s leader rebounding with 213 (64 offensive, 149 defensive), as well as blocking 22 shots and collecting 32 steals. He put up 8.9 points per game with a 53.8 field goal percentage.
