It took a little longer for the Warriors to put the game away, but eventually, the Class 1A No. 3 South Winn football team (3-0, 1-0) pulled away from MFL (2-1, 0-1), winning homecoming 44-0.
The Warriors broke the game open in the second quarter, scoring 30 points in the period to put the continuous clock in play.

Early excitement
South Winn senior Jordan Rommes provided the large crowd with fireworks early in the contest, taking the opening kickoff all the way back for the score. Treyton Jacobsen kept the ball on the two-point play, making it 8-0.
