Lynch family golfing June 17

The Lynch Family Foundation invites golfers to the 15th Annual Lynch Family Foundation Golf Classic Friday, June 17, at the Oneota Golf and Country Club in Decorah.
Guests who participate will be supporting The Lynch Family Foundation that helps individuals, local and national organizations by providing monetary support to those who are less fortunate and are in need of a helping hand. This annual golf outing has helped raise over $900,000 over the past 14 years.
Shot gun start is at 10 a.m. The registration fee of $150, includes the greens fee for 18 holes of golf, lunch, supper and participation gifts. Additional supper tickets are available for $50 each.
Guest speaker will be Aaron Thomas, Aplington-Parkersburg Athletic Director, head boys basketball coach and assistant football coach. ISU Head Football Coach Paul Rhoads and ISU Head Men's Basketball Coach Fred Hoiberg will be attending the morning session of the tournament. Casey Wiegmann, former Iowa and current Kansas City Chiefs center, tentatively plans to attend as well. Following the golfing renowned artist Julie Meirick will be providing entertainment during the social hour.
